Ordis Advisory (“Ordis Advisory,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect through ordisadvisory.com (the “Site”), how we use it, and the choices available to you, including rights afforded to California residents under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (collectively, the “CCPA”).

Note on applicability: Ordis Advisory is a small, independent advisory practice. We do not currently meet the revenue or data-volume thresholds that make the CCPA’s requirements legally mandatory for a business. We provide the rights and disclosures below as a matter of good practice and transparency, regardless of whether the law strictly requires it of us.

1. Information we collect

We collect the following categories of personal information, generally sourced directly from you:

• Contact information you provide through our contact form or email, such as your name, email address, phone number, company name, and any message content you submit.
• Technical and usage information collected automatically when you visit the Site, such as your IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, and referring URL — typically gathered through standard web hosting logs and, if enabled, an analytics tool such as Google Analytics.
• Information you provide during an engagement, if you become a client, such as business details discussed during an assessment. This information is governed separately by the terms of our engagement agreement and is not sold or used for marketing.

We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information (such as government ID numbers, financial account details, or health information) through this Site.

We use the information above to:

• Respond to inquiries and schedule conversations
• Provide, evaluate, and improve our advisory services
• Maintain the security and functionality of the Site
• Understand how visitors use the Site, in aggregate, to improve it

We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

The Site may use cookies or similar technologies for basic functionality and, if enabled, aggregate analytics (for example, to see which pages are visited most often). These do not include third-party advertising trackers. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may affect some Site functionality.

We retain contact form submissions and related correspondence for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry and maintain business records, and delete or anonymize it thereafter unless a longer retention period is required by law or by an active engagement.

If you are a California resident, you have the right to:

• Know what personal information we have collected, used, disclosed, or sold about you (we do not sell personal information)
• Delete personal information we have collected from you, subject to certain exceptions
• Correct inaccurate personal information we maintain about you
• Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (we do not currently sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under the CCPA)
• Limit the use of sensitive personal information (we do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information through the Site)
• Non-discrimination for exercising any of these rights

You may also designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf; we may require proof of that authorization.

7. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control

Because we do not use cross-context behavioral advertising trackers, “Do Not Track” browser signals do not currently change how the Site operates. [If you enable an analytics or advertising tool in the future, this section should be updated, and Global Privacy Control signals should be honored as an opt-out request.]

8. Children’s privacy

The Site is intended for business audiences and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
